Ozen Mensucat, that has set out with “Firstly Quality” philosophy, was founded as a training corporation having 4 tones/day capacity in 1994 and for the aim of meeting the increasing demand, it increased its capacity to 14 tones/day, it renewed its technology in 2001 and it increased its capacity to 27 tones/day by the investments it made in 2004.

In Ozen Mensucat, which is one of the leading firms in knit fabric finishing, the finishing processes of cotton, polyester, polyamide, viscon, linen, modal, silk and the knit fabrics that are made by mixture of these threads  are done.

Ozen Mensucat has also become one of the wanted firms of knit-fabric finishing corporations in finishing processes. Ozen Mensucat is making the knit-cloths gain different attitude and outlook specialities with silicone finish, peaching, carbon brush, emery etc. finishing processes, and also enabling its manufactured fabrics obtain technical features such as antibacterial, water repelling, hydrophilic, wrinkle resistant etc. by applying finishing processes. In recent years, by using the nano-technology that has become common in chemical area, customer expectations are met with adding different functionalities to the cloths without destroying their softness, breathing specialties. Cloths, having pleasant smells through microcapsules that are broken while moving and cloths that can dry four times faster than the cotton cloths, are examples to these.

In addition to the products it produces, Ozen Mensucat also shows great sensitivity to human health. The Environment Prize it took in 2000 and the OEKO-TEX (Hohenstein) certificate it has which shows that the dyestuffs and chemicals it uses don’t give harm to human health are a indicator of this.

Ozen Mensucat has been evaluated/assessed by an organisation with international accreditation on organic cotton breeding processes whose production has gained great importance and support by well-known brand names in recent years, and received/obtained a SKAL certificate.

Moreover, Ozen Mensucat controls the appropriateness of its products it serves to its customers, to the specifications in the Physics Laboratory it has founded under its construction; and consequently takes control of the performance of the products it has sent to its customers.

Our laboratory which has been accredited by M&S and Next, both does all the necessary tests for the cloths we have produced and also serves to our customers custom manufacturing.
